Food Days

PTO Food Days

Food Day is an optional special food service program sponsored by the PTO. Students are given the opportunity to purchase food items to be served on Food Day by volunteers. The selections include pizza, bagels, salads, soups and sandwiches.

Gillette School - Food Day on Wednesday every week. 

Ice Cream Day on Friday once a month.

Millington School - Food Day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week.

Ice Cream Day on Friday once a month.

Central School - Food Day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday every week.

Vendors include Biagio’s, Blimpie, Millington Station Café, Natale’s, O’Bagel, Pizza Mill, King’s, Chimney Rock, Smoothie King and Soup Shoppe.

All ordering for Food Days and Ice Cream/Spirit Days is handled through www.myFoodDays.com.

Parents need to use this website to place orders and pay during the open ordering period in order for their child(ren) to receive food during the specified Food Day Runs.

Student Absence

If a student is absent on a food day and has ordered food, parents are welcome to come and pick it up at the main office. However, they must call and notify the office by 10:30am, so volunteers can put his/her name on it and leave it in the office for parent to pick up after child’s normal lunch period.

School Closing/Delayed Openings/Early Dismissals on a Food Day:

School Closing: Food Day cancelled and rescheduled.

Delayed Opening: Food Day cancelled and rescheduled.

Emergency Early Dismissal:

Central School- If announced before start of school, Food Day cancelled and rescheduled.

If announced after start of school, Food Day will go on with normal

delivery times.

Millington School- Food Day will go on with adjusted delivery times.

Gillette School- Food Day will go on with normal delivery times
